Climate Action or Local Paralysis?
On the 1st October 2015 local authority officers and members met in a workshop to discuss the effects of recent changes to climate change policy on local authority action.
Discussions covered how political and budget changes are affecting approached to delivery, and how CLASP can continue to support and strengthen the ability of local authorities and public sector organisations to act.
