CLASP Delivers Training for Scottish Public Sector
CLASP has just delivered a very well received day of training on adaptation risk assessment for 29 Scottish public sector organisations on behalf of Adaptation Scotland.
The course aimed to increase participant’s knowledge, understanding, confidence and ability to apply climate change adaptation related risk assessment techniques across different departments and service areas. In particular equipping participants with the skills and resources necessary to run cross departmental climate change adaptation risk assessment workshops within their own organisations.
The training was delivered on the 20th March by Ailsa Gibson (CLASP / ailsa.org), Gill Fenna and Louise Marix-Evans (CLASP associates from Quantum Strategy & Technology), and utilised the resources CLASP developed and delivered for NW local authorities in 2011.
CLASP has a range of support services that can be delivered at cost across the UK. If your area would like to access support from CLASP please get in touch with ailsa@claspinfo.org
