CLASP provides free support services, information and training to local authority employees, members, and their communities who are seeking to address the low-carbon, renewables, and service adaptation agendas.

Who is this for?
Originally CLASP’s main funding was from NWIEP, providing support to North West England local authorities and public sector, and more recently from the Environment Agency. This funding has supported the development of the majority of resources currently online. Attendance at our training events is now however available to ALL organisations.
