The latest set of UK local authority and regional carbon dioxide emissions national statistics for 2005-2013 were released last week and CLASP have produced a briefing on this for CLASP and APSE Energy members (kindly funded by APSE).

The briefing digests down DECC’s main report, with links to the data and further detail. There have been some notable emissions decreases, including Knowsley and Blackpool who DECC highlight for reduction of emissions from the domestic sector.
