The project was commissioned by Sefton Council co-funded by CLASP to engage and inspire Members and Senior Officers about the opportunities in the low carbon economy and encourage them to take action to increase the uptake of renewable energy. The project utilised Business in the Community’s (BITC) established programme of Seeing is Believing Visits alongside a Low Carbon Conversation.
